I. Vacuum Tube Furnace 1600°C Main Features
1. The gas circuit connection adopts a quick-connect flange structure.
2. The process of loading and unloading materials is simplified; only one card sieve is needed to complete the gas circuit connection, making operation convenient.
3. The complex flange installation process is eliminated, reducing the possibility of damage to the furnace tube during installation.
4. Adopts a double-layer shell structure, with the inner layer made of stainless steel and the outer shell made of carbon steel.
5. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber material, saving 50% energy and ensuring uniform temperature distribution.
6. The heating element uses silicon molybdenum rods.
7. Uses a corundum tube, sealed at both ends with stainless steel flanges.
8. Employs a B-type thermocouple for accurate temperature measurement.
9. Equipped with an air-cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells, enabling rapid surface cooling, with the shell surface temperature remaining below 60°C.
The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone gaskets, and includes a mechanical pressure gauge. The temperature control system uses PID regulation with 30-segment programmable temperature control.
